Set within the Damfield Lane Conservation Area in Maghull, this 14-home development sits within the grounds of a listed chapel and alongside the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, making heritage sensitivity a key part of the design. Each home was carefully positioned to preserve public views while maximising private outlooks, creating a seamless balance between conservation and modern living.
